Although the one-person project of Ringa Manner from Helsinki started three years ago, the debut album would not release until last fall. The name is known especially in her native Finland as well as in other Scandinavian states where she has performed several times as well. Her live performances attest to her feeling for autonomous pop melodies and pulsating rhythms that, combined with a looper, she can turn into an original experience that surpasses the local moment and location.
