Reaching out to young people with traditional folk music is a tough call these days.Therefore, the members of Bulgaria’s Oratnitza band decided to parse traditional music to the modern sound of dubstep and DnB as well as to Aboriginal motives.The band uses the cajon, bagpipes, didgeridoo as well as the kaval, traditional Balkan copper flute.Be it cold or hot, morning or evening, the music always gets the audiences going.This is one of the most popular bands of the new wave of the Balkan beat scene and it will surely get Islanders dancing as well.
